Where are the jackets from?

All jackets are second-hand/thrifted locally to myself or through online vendors. Jackets are machine washed prior to customization.

Does the paint just wash off?

Jackets are hand painted with a combination of paint & textile medium, they are then heat sealed upon completion. Although some paint may begin to chip over time, the combination of textile medium and heat sealing should keep your jacket looking fresh for a long time. 

How do I wash my jacket? 

Here are my suggestions for keeping your jacket looking fresh for as long as possible:

How long will it take for me to get my jacket?

This will depend, however, here is my general time estimate: 

• Ready to order jackets: ship within 2 business days of ordering.
• Made to order jackets: made to order jackets will ship within 1-2 weeks of ordering.
• Custom designed jackets: the shipment of your custom jacket will be approx. 2 weeks after we complete the design process (i.e. once I get your final approval for the design).

It's important to note that after your jacket is done being painted it needs a minimum of 48 hours to dry before it can be heat sealed.

If your jacket doesn’t meet your expectations PLEASE reach out to me directly within 30 days of receiving your jacket. If you are not happy with your jacket I will ask that you return it and then I can issue a refund. Please be mindful that I am a one person show and I am doing my absolute best to ensure that your order is exactly what you want!
